Generations Bank Announces the Addition of Lorraine Gibbs as AVP – Contact Center Manager
SENECA FALLS, N.Y. – Generations Bank announces the hiring of Lorraine Gibbs as AVP –Contact Center Manager. Gibbs will be responsible for managing our newly renovated Customer Contact Center at our Corporate Headquarters.
Gibbs brings nearly 20 years of experience in management, as well as, 18 years of experience in customer service. Over her career, she managed various internal audit programs and training curriculums. In her new position at Generations, she will oversee and manage a team of Universal Bankers in the Customer Contact Center.
Gibbs has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. Lorraine is a COPC Registered Coordinator and has several auditing certifications.
Lorraine is an Auburn native and graduate from Union Springs High School. Lorraine currently resides in Auburn where she is involved in the community, volunteering for and donating to the Unity House of Cayuga County and the American Cancer Society. She loves the Finger Lakes area and takes advantage of all of the outdoor opportunities the area has to offer.
