Federal Housing Administration Loan (FHA Loan)

Fixed Rate Mortgages

Has a fixed interest rate for the entire term of the loan.

Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM)

Begins with a fixed rate during the introductory period. Then, after the introductory period is over, the interest rate adjusts at predetermined intervals.

Home Equity Line of Credit

Use the equity in your home to secure a revolving line of credit. A HELOC gives you the ability to borrow money as you need it.

Home Equity Installment Loan

Similar to a HELOC but is financed in one lump sum. Has a fixed rate for the entire life of the loan.
