You will not need to change your user name, however, you will be required to change your password upon initial login.

Yes, the new platform is designed to be a single platform, meaning passwords can be managed regardless of whether you access from our mobile app, or online banking system.  Once the password is changed on either the mobile banking app or online banking platform, the other will automatically recognize the new password.  No further action is necessary on your end!

You will not, accounts and user IDs will be carried over to the new system for you.

Bill payments will continue as expected.  Payees and existing payments will be carried over to the new platform.

Yes, the upgrade is significant, and requires us to republish the application. Not to worry, we will provide a link to the new application within our existing application on the launch date.

The new platform is designed to be flexible, meaning you should be able to access from any browser you choose.  Please just be sure you’re using the latest version of your preferred browser for your security.

We have partnered with Zelle to bring you a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family and other people you trust1. Zelle is available right from Online and Mobile Banking so you don't need to download anything new to start sending and receiving money! Learn more here
